In Sponsors' sole discretion, anyone referenced by name or otherwise depicted in a Submission, including any nominee other than the entrant, may be required to execute and return consent forms/releases confirming the representations, warranties and grants of rights contemplated in the Official Rules prior to having an Entry submitted and/or prior to the award of any prize. Any optional donations made to Foundation will be used to support Foundation's mission to end breast cancer forever.
